Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement

These terms apply to the Katalyst Odoo and QuickBooks Online integration. By using the integration, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Katalyst grants its authorized personnel a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the integration for Katalyst business operations. You must use the integration only with accounts and records that you are authorized to access.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your account, reviewing synchronized records, maintaining suitable backups, and correcting errors before relying on synchronized information. You must follow applicable laws and the policies that govern Katalyst, Odoo, and QuickBooks Online.

Prohibited use

You must not use the integration to gain unauthorized access, interfere with system operation, introduce malicious code, or process information for an unlawful purpose.

Third-party software and services

The integration uses Odoo, QuickBooks Online, and third-party connector components. Those products remain subject to their own licenses and terms. These terms do not replace or restrict the licenses that apply to third-party software.

Availability and changes

Katalyst can change, suspend, or stop the integration when needed for security, maintenance, business operations, or compliance. Synchronization can be delayed or interrupted by network failures, service outages, configuration errors, or changes to third-party services.

No warranty

The integration is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Katalyst does not guarantee that every record will synchronize without delay or error. Users must review accounting records before making business, tax, or financial decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katalyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss caused by use of the integration or inability to use it.

Termination

Katalyst can end access when a user is no longer authorized or violates these terms. An authorized administrator can also disconnect the integration or revoke access through QuickBooks Online.
